STRENGTH / FLEXIBILITY

My work as a Personal Trainer (REPS registered) through Les Mills on the Terrace, has shown me the benefits of including strength and flexibility training within a training programme. I offer one on one sessions at $80/hr. Regular use of gym facilities will also involve membership of Les Mills. Obviously work can be done outside the gym (much more pleasant in the summer!), but a gym setting offers more training options.

Sessions can include basic and/or more advanced and triathlon specific weights, core work, assisted stretching, and fun circuit based routines, depending on your specific requirements.
