Individual run technique and speed sessions
In addition to using basic “Interval Training” theory to improve high end aerobic and anaerobic fitness, individual sessions will use a variety of tools, including technique drills, the speed ladder, resistance harness and parachute to assist in improving your running speed and efficiency.

Interval Training Group
The Interval Training Group will commence when we have 10 people who register an interest. The objective of the group will be to increase high level aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels, by providing a motivational group environment to work toward completion of a large set of 1 to 4minute repetitions. From my own experience training of this intensity is very difficult to complete solo.
This group would be suitable for all runners, footballers (my sports!) and any other athlete requiring endurance and speed.
When: Monday 7pm
Where: Hutt River Carpark (Melling Bridge end)
Cost: $180 for 13 sessions
