PLAN

Planning your training is the first and the most important (apart from the actual training!) component of your preparation. It enables you to firstly determine whether you have the time and resources to achieve you goal.

Thereafter a plan enables you to train specifically toward your goal, progress your training safely, have adequate rest, and monitor you progress efficiently.  A variety of things can be monitored including weight/body fat, speed, and strength.  Accurate measurement of VO2 Max will involve some extra cost.

I specialise in preparation for Half and Full Ironman, and Half and Full Marathon.  Where my expertise is limited I will recommend other specialists to assist you.

Costs

Initial Set-Up    $160

Monthly    $80 (due first week of each month)

Our work together will begin with an initial sit-down or phone/E-mail consultation, from which will flow an overall “Big Picture” plan up to race day, and the first detailed block of training (usually 2 to 3 months).

Cost includes UNLIMITED phone/email contact/questions. I stand behind my plans.  At the conclusion of each block of training we will discuss progress and plan ahead/make change as required.
