“FREE”  TRAINING SESSIONS

Biking is the longest leg of the Triathlon and as such demands more time devoted to training than the other disciplines. Most weekends throughout the year, and very regularly in the summer, a bunch of like minded triathletes get together to train to help pass the bike and run miles. Over the sunny months this will often include a sea swim.

This is not something that costs money, there will be a rough plan for the session, but it is fairly informal. You can join in for all or part of the day, and the group will stop and re-group at regular intervals. It is a great opportunity to meet other triathletes of various levels and talk about bikes and stuff.
